  Matt Craft recently secured a plaintiff's verdict on behalf of his client in Grundy County. The multi-day trial involved claims of fraudulent misrepresentation and civil theft and the jury agreed with the Plaintiff on nearly all counts. The case was one of the first trials under Iowa's new expedited civil jury system.
