• JSC Legal Clients' Inheritance Increased from $200,000 to $3.1M after Will Contest Action

  David Dutton and Nate Schroeder obtained a favorable jury verdict in a will contest action and intentional interference with inheritance action on behalf of their two clients. As a result, JSC Legal's clients received $3.1M from their mother's estate.

  On February 8, 2017, the Iowa Court of Appeals affirmed a verdict in favor of JSC Legal client in a lawsuit involving a will contest claim and an intentional interference with inheritance claim brought against brought against the client's two sisters.
