• Six Figure Settlement Ends Six Years of Litigation

  Attorneys Matt Craft, Nathan Schroeder and Erich Priebe recently settled a will contest and tortious interference lawsuit in Chickasaw County. The six figure settlement ended nearly six years of litigation between the parties and settled all claims that the Defendants interfered with the Plaintiff's inheritance.

  Jamie Cook has been elected Vice-President of the Iowa Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates ("ABOTA"). ABOTA is a national organization of experienced trial attorneys and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial provided by the Seventh Amendment to the United States Constitution.
