JSC Legal Attorneys Obtain $2.2M Verdict

JSC Legal Attorneys, David Dutton and Nate Schroeder, successfully obtained a  judgment on behalf of their client after a 12 day jury trial. The jury found in favor of JSC Legal's client on both claims - will contest and tortious interference with inheritance. The jury awarded our clients $1.78M based on loss of inheritance, emotional distress and for punitive damages against the defendants for their actions. The District Court upheld the jury's verdict and ordered attorney fees in the amount of $488,000, making the total award over $2.2M.
