Diana Kajtazovic is an associate attorney at JSC Legal, where she focuses her practice on Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning and Administration, Probate Matters, Guardianships, and General Business and Corporate Law. After Diana earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science with minors in Ethics, Religion, and Philosophy in 2022, she earned her J.D. from Drake University Law School in 2025, along with a business law certificate.

While in law school, Diana gained valuable hands-on experience working with transactional clients through the Drake Legal Clinic, helping to form LLCs and corporations and complete various IRS filings for new and existing businesses. She has also served as a law clerk at JSC Legal since 2023, where she supported attorneys in a broad range of practice areas and deepened her knowledge of both litigation and transactional matters.

A Waterloo, Iowa native, Diana is proud to serve clients in her hometown and surrounding communities. She is fluent in Serbo-Croatian and brings a unique cultural perspective and communication skill set to her legal work.

In her free time, Diana enjoys spending time with family, exploring local businesses, and engaging in community service initiatives throughout the Cedar Valley.
